Review

Red Eye Pilot is a software developed by Two Pilots, and its main function is to remove the red eye effect of your digital photos. It is very easy to use and you will see the output right away. Its interface will be familiar to you and it only demands a few clicks. You do not need previous experience in photo edition to use this tool.
To start correcting or removing the red eye effect in your photographs, only choose the eye correction tool, place your mouse in the red areas, click and that's it. The software will do the rest. Apart from being a good tool for removing red eyes from your pictures, Red Eye Pilot can also adjust brightness and the pupil area. What is more, this tool is good at fixing the color of your pet’s photos.
One thing to highlight is that the corrections can be seen immediately, unlike other applications that take a long time to get fair results.
The software can be used as a stand-alone application or as an add-on in your favourite photo editor, like Adobe Photoshop, Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo, or Corel Photo-Paint and others.
All in all, Red Eye Pilot is a good alternative for both, those without the experience at editing, who want a straightforward application, and those who want to enhance the functions of a professional photo editor.
Advantages
  • Easy to use
  • Immediate results
  • May be used as an application or as a plug-in.
Disadvantages
  • The trial version only allows to save pictures in .tpi format.
